2010 UEFA Champions League Final Event

Real Madrid C.F as part of the Local Organizing Committee of the UEFA Champions League 2010 and venue for the celebration of the event, has hired Bovis Lend Lease to manage, advice, coordinate, organize and support in the Final event in close collaboration with the Spanish Royal Federation of football, the UEFA and TEAM .
The scope of the consultancy services hired by the Real Madrid for the support, management and production are summarized as follows:
· Management and coordination of the Champions Village, consisting of the lifting and dismantling of a 12.000 m2 surface marquee, fully equipped, intended for the sponsors and VIP guests.
· Technical support during the Fan Zones Bid process.
· Management, coordination and development of the adaptations and alterations of the Stadium Santiago Bernabeu for the Final Event that supplies the Media and Press, TV and OB-Van.
· Management, coordination and setting of the Uefa accreditation system (FAME) for the personnel from the local organization committee.
· Management and coordination of the requirements and needs as for Health & Safety in the construction phases as well as the coordination between the different companies during the celebration of the Event in order to keep the current legislation and Work Risk Prevention .
· Technical/administrative support in the following activities:
· Management and obtaining of information.
· Administrative control of the expenses of the Final Event Organization.
· Technical advice.
· Bid Management. Draft / review of Bid documents, queries, technical analysis, reports, etc.
· Updating of drawings of the Stadium.
· Design and preparation of presentations for the UEFA.
