Arts Hotel & Conference Centre

On the shores of the Mediterranean and overlooking the Port Olímpic, the Hotel Arts Barcelona rises into the skies, one of the most emblematic buildings of Barcelona today. Its unique location, surrounded by beaches, cafés and promenades, is just a step away from both the historic city centre and the leading shopping and leisure areas.
Construction of a 48-storey hotel complex, the highest in Spain at the time, consisting of a Ritz Carlton Hotel on 32 floors, offices and luxury apartment suites on 12 floors, a convention centre and conference facilities, health resort, shopping complex, dining facilities and a 536 space underground car park. The project also included a 6-storey office block next to the Tower. The construction works were scheduled to make the Hotel ready to receive the 1992 Olympics visitors.
