Restarting works and completion of 258 apartments with luxury finishes, individually adjustable air conditioning in every room, home automation, complete closets,
individual pools in low and penthouses fitted kitchen; organized in 16 blocks of 2-3 stairs each with elevator and construction area of 45,000 m2, 395 spaces for cars, 87 spaces for motorcycles, 321 storage rooms, 2 basements with total area of 20,000 m2, 25,000 m2 of green area, 2 outdoor pools and each of them has 280 m2 of water surface and recreational area with swimming pool, cafeteria, game room, sauna and gym.
Bovis played the key role in achieving the goals, which were:
