Cuatro Torres Business Area


Bovis Lend Lease has provided Project Management Services to a new city urban development, the CUATRO TORRES Business Area (CTBA) at the Real Madrid former training facilities.
CTBA complex started on 4th June of 2003, and covers 15 Ha at Fuencarral-El Pardo District located between the streets Sinesio Delgado, Monforte de Lemos, Arzobispo Morcillo, Pedro Rico y Castellana.
This project, part of Madrid urban master plan, includes 60.000 m2 for green areas, four skyscrapers 250m high, three of them for offices and the fourth one for Hotel and offices, covering a total of 225.000 m2. a distributing ring, the subways at the San Luis Av., the lengthening of the Pío XII subway, and a two way bus lane at the Transport Consortium request, reaching the Sports City, from the screened premises to be located at Monforte de Lemos close to the Parque Norte towards Plaza de Castilla.
This is the most ambitious private urban development in Madrid, and will mean the relocation of the North Junction, the current intersection between Castellana and M-30 motorways, that will result in a wide new urban development.
The activities undertaken by Bovis Lend Lease are:
· Construction Management for the urban works.
· Urban Planning Management.
· Technical Support to the collaborating urban entity.
· Document Control.
· Coordination and Representation before the Administrations.
· Economic and Financial Administration of the collaborating urban entity.
· Coordination and Representation before third parties (Supply Companies, Fire Brigades, Police, IBERDROLA, AENA, G.M.U, INDUSTRIA.)
· General Coordination, access control, general logistics, emergency plans, general coordination of the different works (Iberdrola, Cuatro Torres, Distributing Ring, etc).
