Supercor and Sfera Roll Out Programme

El Corte Ingles is one of the Spanish biggest retailers. The Company expansion plans included the opening of new stores nationally and internationally. Bovis Lend Lease was appointed by El Corte Ingles Group in 2002 to manage the development of new stores for its brands Sfera and Supercor.
Bovis Lend Lease was responsible for the Design & Construction management of 6 Supercor centres located in Jerez de la Frontera (Parking included), Sanlucar de Barrameda, Toledo, Alcoy, Madrid (Parking included), Dos Hermanas, Molina del Segura and 6 Sfera centers located in Cordoba, Ciudad Real, Logroño, Vigo and Vitoria (2).
(Sfera) Córdoba:
Located in the heart of the retail centre of Cordoba on Avenida Gran Capitan. The shop consists of 1500 m2 distributed on 3 levels.
(Sfera) Ciudad Real:
Located in the centre of the town in a pedestrian’s area. The shop has 1400 m2 distributed on 3 levels.
Sfera) Vitoria Boulevard:
Located in the Boulevard Shopping Centre in Vitoria. The shop has about 1.000 m2 surface.
(Sfera) Vitoria Centro:
Located in Vitoria city centre, 1.200 m2 on 2 levels.
(Sfera) Logroño:
The shop has 1400 m2 distributed on 2 levels.
(Sfera) Vigo:
Located downtown in Urzaiz street, the shop has 1500 m2 distributed on 2 levels and basement.
SuperCor Jerez de la Frontera:
Supermarket located in residential area of Jerez. The retail area of the new store comprises the ground floor of a new mixed development and includes basement car parking and stock rooms. The total area is about 4.000 m2 of which 1.750m² is dedicated to sales floor
SuperCor Alcoy:
Located in the Alzamora Shopping Centre. The project extends to 2.400 m2 , 1600 m2 for retail space.
SuperCor Palacio del Hielo:
Located in the Palacio del Hielo Shopping Centre, in the Hortaleza district of Madrid. The project extends to 2.400 m2, 1600 m2 for retail space.
SuperCor Dos Hermanas:

Located at Dos Hermanas, 18Km from Seville. The supermarket is located at the ground floor level of a new residential development and includes basement car parking. The total built area is 4.300 m² including 1.600 m2 for parking and 2100 m2 for retail.
SuperCor Toledo:
Located in a shopping centre on the outskirts of the city and has a retail area of 1.800 m2 and parking of 1.600 m2.
SuperCor Molina del Segura (Murcia):
Located in Vega Plaza Shopping Centre, the shop has 2300 m2, 1500 m2 for retail space.
