The terms of use (hereinafter the “Terms”) governs your use of the website located at http://www.bovis.es (collectively referred to as the “Website”) that Bovis Project Management S.A. (“Bovis”), registered in Madrid, Paseo de la Castellana 259C, Torre de Cristal, Planta 20 Sur, provides to its users.

The use of the Website constitutes the condition of user of the site (hereinafter the “User”) and implies full and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of the provisions in these Terms as published by Bovis in the same time as the User accesses the web. Likewise, it will not be responsible for delays or blockages that occur in the use of this electronic system caused by deficiencies or overloads of transmission lines in the Internet system or other electronic systems, as well as the damage that might be caused by third parties through unlawful interference beyond the control of Bovis. It also exempts Bovis expressly liability for any loss or damage that may suffer as a result of errors, defects or omissions in the information supplied by Bovis provided that such information is from external sources out of Bovis.
Bovis reserves the right to terminate the access to the Web, without notice, on time and / or temporary, for technical or other reasons.

4. Other restrictions

6. Responsabilities.

Bovis not guarantee the availability and continuity of this Website, its services and its contents.

Bovis shall in no event be liable for damages arising directly or indirectly from the lack of reading this disclaimer, or breach of the obligations specified in th Terms set forth herein. Also, according to the provisions in these Terms, Bovis is exonerated, to the fullest extent permitted by law, any liability for damages of any kind that may be due to lack of availability or continuity of the web or any of its services or for faults in access to the Website or its content.

Bovis therefore is in no way responsible, either directly or subsidiary or indirectly, for any content, information, communication, opinion or statement of any kind that has its origin in the User or any third person or entity that is communicated, distributed, transmitted or displayed via the web services.

7. Cookies.

Users are informed that this Website uses “cookies”, small blocks of data sent to certain web sites computer’s hard drive when it is connected in order to identify it, such information being stored on the hard drive of the User’s computer. “Cookies” are only associated with an anonymous User, not allowing access to personal data and, in general, data from the User’s hard disk.
