The terms of use (hereinafter the “Terms”) governs your use of the website located at http://www.bovis.es (collectively referred to as the “Website”) that Bovis Project Management S.A. 6. Responsabilities.

Bovis not guarantee the availability and continuity of this Website, its services and its contents.

Bovis shall in no event be liable for damages arising directly or indirectly from the lack of reading this disclaimer, or breach of the obligations specified in th Terms set forth herein. Also, according to the provisions in these Terms, Bovis is exonerated, to the fullest extent permitted by law, any liability for damages of any kind that may be due to lack of availability or continuity of the web or any of its services or for faults in access to the Website or its content.
