The performance plot is 39,200 m2. The Project consisted of the total urbanization including swimming pools, garden and parking spaces. The apartments respond to different types: single, double and disabled.

The central block brings together the common services, restaurants, cafeteria, kitchens, reception, children's club and lobby. The buildings respond to the Client's requirements and to the traditional Architecture of the area.

The total constructed area is 16,700m2 and the construction was planned in two phases allowing the exploitation of the first one during the summer of 2005. Bovis carried out the design management by the consultants in order to start purchasing the packages in February 2004.
