The project consists of two independent buildings on the same plot of 23,000 m2:
- Building 1: 28,000 m2 of Residential Use, with an underground parking and 807 m2 for small commercial spaces.
- Building 2: 55,770 m2 for Offices to rent, as well and underground parking of 5,040 m2
The project is located in Méndez Álvaro Street, one of the most important locations in Madrid due to a complete transformation of this urban space and its proximity to Atocha Station as a transportation hub and also next to the beginning of the Prado-Recoletos axis, the main North-South road in Madrid.
The architect of the project is Estudio Lamela, with Valladares Engineering as consultant for structures and M&E services.
