PROJECT DESCRIPTION
E-Shelter, in the scope of its industrial activities, is constructing a new Building to house a Data Processing Centre on a plot located in Polígono Europolis de Las Rozas, Madrid. The Project, designed by CBRE Architecture, includes the complete demolition of the current building, as well as the execution of medium voltage lines required for the electrical supply of the Centre and the Construction Project of the new referred Data Centre.

Main project data:
  • Plot area: 12,150 m2
  • Constructed area approx. 9,400 m2
  • Data Rooms surface approx. 3,600 m2. The Building will consist of a ground floor, first floor that will house 6 Data Rooms and the roof of the building where the general facilities of the Centre will be located.

The objective of E-Shelter is to have a TIER III certified Data Processing Centre.
