The Project consists of a megaproject of mixed use on the grounds of the old “popular Feira” in the city center from Lisbon. The general master plan has been developed by the award-winning architect Prizker Alvaro Siza Vieira, who will also design at least one of the plots, which will be occupied by the new corporate headquarters of Fidelidade.
Scope
- The “Unidade de Execução de Entrecampos” includes the construction of five plots, with a total constructed area of 290.000 m2, including 139.000 m2 of offices, 34.000 m2 of residential use, 32.000 m2 of retail, 6.000 m2 of logistics and 79.000 m2 of parking.
- The project also includes an important action in urbanization and green areas, as well as infrastructure, such as access roads and connections to metro and train stations.
Key milestones
- Construction development is initially planned in four and a half years.
