The building includes a total of 21,200 m2 of constructed area, on a 13,700 m2 plot. It has a two-level underground parking with adequate capacity, about 240 spaces.

The project consists of the rehabilitation of an old palace from the 16th century and the extension of it with construction of a new building. Out of the 117 rooms, it has 7 junior suites and senior suites, 1 presidential suite and 13 are adapted for handicapped people. The refurbishment and restoration project includes the recovery of walls, tilework, shields, coffered ceilings, plasterwork, paintings, forging elements, slabs, stairs, columns, artifices, fountains and a water mine.
