PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The project consists of the demolition of an existing building and the design and construction of a new building to house a business and travel hotel close to Lisbon Airport with a constructed area of ​ 8,000 m2 and 188 rooms. The hotel includes the following common areas: Lobby and reception, meeting rooms, kitchen and restaurant area, parking with 42 spaces. 

The Portuguese architectural practice Urbis was in charge of the design of the hotel.
B&B Hotels is a French hotel company with presence in Europe and Morocco with more than 300 hotels.

Bovis Project Management services included the management of the demolition works, and the management of the design, procurement and construction of the new hotel building.
