PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The Hotel Forum 4 * project, in accordance with the identity of the Operator/Brand Hard Rock and ASG IBERIA, consists of the construction of a hotel located on the R-13A FORUM 8 plot in Sant Adrià del Besòs (Barcelona) on the seafront in front of the Port Forum. The hotel, designed by the architects b720 Fermín Vázquez, consists of six floors above ground (ground floor + 5 levels) with an approximate total surface 42.471 sqm and 65% ground floor plot footprint of 10.122 sqm, resulting in a total constructed area of 52,593 m2 plus 12,425 m2 of urbanization areas. The maximum height cannot exceed 20 meters in height.

The essential program of the 4 * Superior category hotel is as follows:
  • 505 rooms. Typologies: 426 standard rooms, 60 junior suites, 18 suites and 1 rock star suite.
  • It is made up of 3 clearly differentiated main uses: Public Areas / BOH and Rooms Floors. 

The scope of Bovis services in the project is Project Management, also incorporating the figure of FF&E.
The Project is developed in BIM and its environmental certification LEED Silver is planned.
