PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Hospital built in 1950´s, Owner Quirón Salud has decided to update the Surgical block, building 18 new operating theaters and URPA. The project includes the reform of the ICU, the Pathological Anatomy service, the sterilization center and the communications improvement with the installation of seven new elevators.

The building's HVAC production was carried out by areas with independent equipment. It was been decided to unify these productions in order to ensure the chilled water service and improve the overall energy performance of the building.

Bovis carried out the Construction Management of the Refurbishment works, including:
  • Design management
  • Cost Management
  • Permitting
