PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The refurbishment program included 98 luxury rooms, suites, presidential, 1,540 m2 of Spa, two restaurants, the Blanc, awarded as Best Restaurant at the European Design Awards 2010 and the Moments, under the leadership of the chef, Mrs. Carme Ruscalleda who has 5 Michelin stars.

In addition to the challenge posed in terms of the emblematic nature of the project, its location in the heart of the city involves numerous logistics, access, delivery problems.

The Hotel opened in November 2009, in compliance with the date committed with the operator.

Bovis managed the construction with specialized package contractors, The main contractors for the works have been Dragados (civil works, installations and part of the finishes), Otis (elevators), B&B (part of the finishes), Bienvenido Gil (ITT installations) and Otis (vertical transport).
