The project recovers old industrial landscapes on the shores of Galindo river to create one of the most important commercial destinations on the outskirts of the largest city at the North of Bilbao.

The project included the construction of important infrastructures for Barakaldo such as the urbanization of 50,000 m2 of green areas, the generation of 8,000 free parking spaces, the construction of a new bridge connecting two neighborhoods of Barakaldo separated by the A8 motorway and the river Galindo and the generation of a depressed road as part of the Barakaldo ring road.
