It will provide approximately 5,000 m2 of commercial area and another 15,000 m2 that will house a five star hotel operated by Hyatt. The intervention will help to regenerate this area, which is also included in an urban recovery plan developed by the Madrid City Council. Its objective is to turn the building into a landmark that will change and improve the area.

The project intends to restore and consolidate both the frame and façade of one of the buildings and to demolish another that will be replaced with a completely new building.
