The first module includes the areas of hospitalization, clinical and rehabilitation services including hydrotherapy pool, gym, daily life, etc. and technical and maintenance areas.

Included in this first module are the outpatient area, the emergency services with their own operating room, five operating rooms equipped with a high degree of asepsis and specialized in trauma, five ICUs, TACs, radiotherapy, clinical analysis laboratory services, kitchen, cafeteria, public and employee dining rooms and laundry and sterilization service areas.

The second module of the building is intended for the Occupational Safety and Health Service (physical and chemical agents) and teaching and common use areas.

It also has 155 parking spaces, distributed in 53 covered parking spaces and 102 outdoor parking spaces.
