The final product will incorporate not only an avant-garde design through colorful equipment, as well as state-of-the-art facilities in each area, generating a sustainable and manageable building for its operation.

The reform of the building is total of an existing building completed but not exploited without practically touching the structure except for some reinforcement, so basically the execution tries to modify the envelope, distribution, finishes and existing facilities. It will have 442 rooms (being the largest hotel in the city of Valencia), kitchens, common areas, retail areas and parking.
