The plot, with a total area of 65,696 m2, is located in the industrial area of ​​Ca n'Alemany in Viladecans, Barcelona. The building had a total constructed area of ​​50,277 m2, with a gross lettable area of ​​19,830 m2. The remaining plot area was used for an external parking and loading areas at the back of the shops.

Bovis' scope of services included the supervision and management of the design, management of the construction phase, testing, commissioning and delivery of the shopping center. In addition, Bovis was responsible for coordinating the Project's BIM documentation. The project also had the additional difficulty of obtaining the "Very Good" Certificate from BREEAM.
