PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Mutua Madrileña Inmobiliaria was the contractor of this emblematic building, Torre de Cristal, for office rental. This Building is one of the four high-rise buildings that comprise the financial area of the "Cuatro Torres". Torre de Cristal was designed by the renowned international architecture studio of Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects and is currently one of the 10 tallest buildings in Spain.

The tower is 250 meters high and includes 45 office floors, two storey levels and a 51 x 33m x 10m fully glazed lobby. The rooftop winter garden is the highest vertical garden in Europe.

Bovis provided cost management services and prepared prequalification reports for all contractors for the different construction packages. In 2009, two years before its completion, Bovis assumed the role of Construction Management for the project, including managing the remaining works and the commissioning phase, until delivery was completed.
