PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The project includes 200,000 m² of construction of high standing offices, in 2 towers of exclusive design, inclined at 15º from the vertical and with 26 floors of height each, 3 apartment buildings of 10 floors each, with development, gardens and commercial areas on the ground floor and underground parking with capacities for more than 600 vehicles.

The exclusivity and spectacular design of the office towers, designed by John Burgee and Associates, constitutes a symbol of Spain's entry into the European Economic Community, as its own name indicates “Puerta Europa” and the emblem of the designation of Madrid as European Capital of Culture in 1993.

Additionally, the project included the construction of 1,100 meters of subways and by-passes of public services to absorb a flow of more than 150,000 vehicles per day, necessary to solve the traffic problems of the Plaza de Castilla in Madrid.
